Refund and Returns Policy
At ElimuTab, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality educational tablets that
meet their needs. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2
days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for an exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com
with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions
on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your
exchange. Please note that the shipping cost of the original purchase is non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team
immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a
replacement of the item(s) as soon as possible.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return
policy requirements. Additionally, any items that are returned without prior authorization or
are not in their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
