Troubleshooting
If your tablet won’t turn on, please try charging it using the included charger for at least 30
minutes. If the tablet still won’t turn on, please contact our customer support team at
support@elimutab.africa or call us at +254 111 040 910/930 for assistance.
To improve the performance of your Elimutab tablet, try closing any unnecessary apps,
clearing the cache and data of any apps you don’t use, and restarting the tablet. If the tablet
is still running slow, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
If the touchscreen on your Elimutab tablet isn’t responding properly, try cleaning the
screen with a soft, dry cloth and removing any screen protectors or cases that may be
interfering with the touchscreen. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support
team for assistance.
If your Elimutab tablet is frozen or unresponsive, try restarting the tablet by holding down
the power button for at least 10 seconds.
If this doesn’t work,Take a sharp pin and press the tiny hole just below the volume down button.
If this doesnt work
try performing a factory reset on the tablet. Please note that a factory reset will erase all
data on the tablet, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding. If you still
can’t resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Yes, we offer on-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Please refer to our

The warranty is for the product quality issue, so if it is the damage by man-made,
warranty is not covered by it.Screen crack is not covered in the warranty.

Parental Control App
The Parental Control App is a third-party app that allows parents to control and
monitor their child’s use of the Elimutab tablet. The app allows parents to set time limits
on app usage, restrict access to certain apps or websites, and monitor their child’s
activity on the tablet.
To set up the Parental Control App, simply open the app and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to create a parent account and set up profiles for each child who will be using the tablet. Once the app is set up, you can customize your child’s
access and usage limits.
Yes, the Parental Control App allows you to block specific apps or websites that you
don’t want your child to access.
Yes, the Parental Control App allows you to set time limits for your child’s use of the
tablet. You can set daily or weekly time limits, and the app will automatically lock the
tablet when the time limit is reached.
Yes, the Parental Control App allows you to monitor your child’s activity on the tablet,
including the apps they use and the time they spend on each app. You can also see how
much time your child is spending on the tablet overall.
Technical
You can do a Factory Reset, but please know the data all will be erased.For futher

You can buy a universal charger online or in our physical store/webiste. Because
most of them are universal.
The battery life of our tablets varies depending on usage and other factors, but generally
ranges from 5-8 hours.
You can disable the automatic startup of some apps, or download optimization
software to optimize
Certainly, it comes preintalled with youtube kids and you can download youtube and any
other apps at the app store.
To reset your Elimutab, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Please note
that this will erase all data on the tablet, so be sure to backup any important files first.
To update the software on your Elimutab, go to Settings > About tablet > System updates.
If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
To connect to WiFi on your Elimutab, go to Settings > WiFi and select your network. Enter
